Acting as in-house entrepreneurs for key states or business areas, they’re in charge of designing and executing business plans that impact Progressive’s bottom line. They’re fully responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) within the state they support.
Each day brings a new and exciting challenge. Some days are spent meeting with insurance regulators to ensure business processes are aligned with state law, while others are dedicated to helping our independent agents grow their business using Progressive’s resources.
